The Best Way to get a 'Getaway'

Larry Prebis recently made a life-changing hole in one at the Annual Michael S. DeLarco Golf Outing. This tournament was hosted at the Schaumburg Golf Club in Schaumburg, IL and was sponsored by our friends at Arlington Heights Ford. Pictured above is Larry with our signage for the 7-Night Worldwide Get Away, which was the prize he won for his hole in one!

It was a warm 85 degrees day with showers later in the afternoon. Larry went up to hole number 3 at 132 yards swung and got a hole in one! Larry said, “It was a typical par 3. 132 yards over a slightly elevated bunker but nothing to crazy.”

Larry has been playing golf since high school and this was his very first hole in one! He has been playing in this tournament since the tournament started back in 2004 in support of his friend’s son that passed away.

The Michael S. DeLarco Foundation is committed to furthering Michael’s loving memory and supporting various children’s charitable organizations. This outing is a day to have fun with family and friends but most importantly to share the loving memories of Michael.
