High School Teacher Wins Brand New SUV

The Reed City Athletic Booster Outing was held at the Spring Valley Golf Course in Hersey Michigan. This is where Amanda Butcher got her very first hole in one and won a two-year lease of a brand-new Chevrolet Equinox! This tournament was sponsored by Betten Baker Big Rapids in Big Rapids Michigan.

The annual Athletic Booster Outing supports the Reed City High School Coyote Athletics. Being a teacher herself Amanda understands how important it is to support the schools and the students. Amanda participated in this event last year and this year she was invited to this tournament by a friend that she used to teach with. Golf has been a part of Amandas life for 25 plus years now and she mentioned that she currently plays about 30-40 rounds a year.

On this beautiful Friday at the Spring Valley Golf Course the hole in one was set on hole number three. Amanda took her driver up to the hole and swung. The ball went up in the air and it landed to the left from the hole bounced and then rolled in! Everyone was ecstatic.
