Blind-Shot Hole in One Wins 7-Night Getaway

It was a beautiful sunny day at Chula Vista Golf Course in San Diego, where Kurtis Thrasher was golfing in the 2nd Annual Salvation Army Golf Tournament with a hole in one sponsored by Penske Ford! Hole # 4 was the lucky one for Kurt, which is a blind hole over a pond.

He couldn’t see the hole, but knew something happened with all the excitement. The spotters gave him the great news of his hole in one! Even better, this was a prize hole! Kurt is now the recipient of a worldwide 7 night getaway for him and 5 of his friends! Golf Trip in the near future?

Kurt’s team consisted of a friend along with 2 Naval Officers. This is the 2nd year he has golfed in this tournament, the organizer is a good friend, plus Kurt loves to give back and pay it forward.
