'An Amazing Course, Unless You’re Trying to get a Hole in One'

This is Hy’s first time hitting a hole in one along with winning a prize, Hy mentions “I’m super excited to brag about this shot”. Hy is a big supporter of the Norcross High School Football team and was thrilled when he was invited by his coworkers to join this event. Congratulations to Hy along with Akins Ford in sponsoring a very exciting Norcross Touchdown Club Golf Tournament.

Hy has been playing golf for about 40 years now just for fun, playing around 100 rounds of golf a year. He’s never had the chance to play in this tournament before, so Hy was looking forward to this event! He’s played this course many times prior to this event and mentions “this is an amazing course, unless you’re trying to get a hole in one of course”!

Akins Ford generously sponsoring hole six, standing at 175 yards, this hole featured a brand-new Ford Bronco as the hole in one prize! Using his 7 iron, Hy shot a beautiful high shot heading straight towards the green. His ball hit the first rise, then disappeared around it and just rolled right into the hole! Making Hy our hole in one winner!

He had a wonderful experience at the Norcross Touchdown Club Golf Tournament and looks forward to next year! “Go Blue Devils” Congratulations Hy Dorfman!
